  • Develop a thorough understanding of our client's brand, culture and EVP to ensure Premea Solutions is a capable Brand Ambassador.
  • Premea Solutions will then become a successful mechanism to assess that candidates presented are of the right cultural fit, aligned in values, and have right mentality to build and develop long-term careers.

Phase 2

Alignment With Client’s General Workforce Needs, Objectives And Time To Hire

  • Collaborate with leadership department heads to understand key hiring criteria. This will support in creating and implementing a standardized candidate screening process to optimally qualify candidates.
  • Align with leadership to define recruitment priorities for the business.
  • Create and agree on a realistic talent planning/acquisition schedule with leadership.

Phase 3

Create and Drive Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Create the talent acquisition / Go-To-Market / Outreach strategy.
  • Drive candidate sourcing / screening / management process from longlist to submitting final shortlist in line with the agreed talent acquisition/planning schedule.

Phase 4

Maintain Relationships With All Key Stakeholders Through To Post Placement 

  • Handle employment references, offer management and support with onboarding process through to completion of probation.
